Tips for the installer
Which drainage tray should I choose
Here you can see which drainage tray is suitable for your heat pump’s outdoor part!
Daikin Air-air XRH with free-hanging derailleur and protruding feet on the outdoor unit
Pancake 4 is mounted with 3cm outside the entire exchanger. To get outside, you have to mount the composite plates, otherwise the dampers are in the way. The round holes of the plate are mounted on the vibration damper, rubber spacers are mounted under the damper. The trough must be able to be adjusted according to the water, i.e. moved freely under the outdoor unit (the outdoor unit must not hang on the tray). Slide the plates in, so the tray is limited to 3cm overhang, no more. Once the outdoor unit is attached and the drainage kit is mounted, the position of the tray needs to be adjusted – the water that you pour on the exchanger should land on the bottom of the tray, neither on the outer edge nor on the part that is angled.
